4. Refund and Replacement Policy

We value your satisfaction. Below are the guidelines for each category of offering.

4.1 Services

• Full refunds are available if you submit a request at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 15 business days.
• Requests made less than 7 days prior may receive session credit or a one-time rescheduling option at no extra cost.
• Sessions booked within 24 hours of purchase are final and ineligible for a refund due to preparation requirements.

4.2 Informational Products

• Digital courses and guides may be claimed for a refund within 14 days of the initial download. Funds are credited to the original payment details within 15 business days.
• Requests for a swap to another product are welcome within this period.
• No refunds are available after 14 days or once the content is fully accessed, as full access is granted immediately.

4.3 Merchandise

• Unused items in original condition may be shipped back within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds or replacement shipments are completed within 15 business days after we receive the items.
• Goods showing signs of wear or use are not eligible.

5. Rescheduling of Services

You may request to alter a session date or time by using our Contact Us form at least 3 days before your appointment. Requests within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee due to resource allocation.

6. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
